SHIPPING POLICY — SCIENCE IN SPORT NEW ZEALAND


1. Order Fulfilment

All Science in Sport New Zealand orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Cambridge, New Zealand.


2. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on order value and delivery location.


3. Dispatch Timeframes

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
Dispatch times may be extended during peak periods, public holidays, major promotions, or periods of high demand.


4. Delivery Timeframes (Estimated)

Estimated delivery times once dispatched are as follows:

  • Urban areas: 1–3 business days

  • Rural areas: 3–7 business days

  • Remote locations: Up to 10 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier networks, weather events, natural disasters, or peak-season congestion.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email.


6. Delivery Requirements

Orders are delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.If no one is available to receive the parcel, the courier may leave the parcel in a safe place, leave a calling card, or redirect the parcel to a local depot or collection point, in accordance with the courier’s delivery policies.


7. Incorrect Shipping Details

Please ensure all shipping details are correct at the time of checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.


8. Change of Address After Ordering

We cannot guarantee changes to delivery details once an order has been placed.

  • If the order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to update the shipping address.

  • If the order has already shipped, we are unable to redirect the parcel.


9. Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel is lost, significantly delayed, miss delivered, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at info@5tsports.co.nz with your order number and tracking details.
We will investigate the issue with the courier and work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.


10. Authority to Leave

Where available, selecting “authority to leave” allows the courier to leave your parcel unattended at the delivery address. By selecting this option, you accept responsibility for the parcel once it has been marked as delivered.
